The township board of any township now or hereafter having a population of 10,000 or over, as determined by the last federal decennial census or any subsequent federal census hereafter. When did the population exceed 2000 let alone 10,000?

Natural River Act

Sec. 10 A zoning rule promulgated by the commission shall not control lands more than 400 feet from the river's edge.

Where is the designated Natural River? Remember they enacted zoning for the whole township when?

The township clerk claims that PA 231 has been codified into this law which is 1019 pages for the DNR. The 400 ft has not changed.
